2. Form bricks by shaping clay in a wooden frame.
3. Pile newly-formed pieces in the sun and cover them with dried banana leaves for a more contained system that keeps bricks somewhat uniform as they just start to harden up.
4. After a few days, lay them each in the sun, directly.
5. Close to the road, build a house of the sun-dried bricks and fill holes with mud so the fire and smoke are contained within.
6. Build a fire inside and keep it going for four days.
7. Block the door and your cooked bricks will turn red.
8. Scrub off the dried mud and make bricks look presentable for customers walking down the path. Your goal is to sell the whole batch at once.
